COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew-eurodrive R63LP182TC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Alpha products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew-eurdrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Alpha such as the SP140SMF2700G12S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SA47AM145KS manufactured by Sew-eurdrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew-eurdrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SAF57DT by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dodge Brand SCXT525B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nabtesco such as RV40E153 equipment made by Nabtesco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nabtesco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nabtesco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RF71840KB5J made by Boston as well as the popular TX0214056 original spares produced by Flex-in-line Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SAF47DREAOM4 by Sew and RV40E153 spares by Nabtesco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S42D14DT71D4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew-eurodrive. |
