COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew-eurodrive R17DRE80M4/TH parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rolls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dodge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the SAF37A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RRE003570 manufactured by Rolls and we are pleased to be able to service most Rolls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TXT325AS by Manufacturer Dodge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand RLR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kollmorgan such as TTRB1TTR45004201B29L equipment made by Kollmorgan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kollmorgan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kollmorgan" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available REX80KRIV made by Rexnord as well as the popular RGZV original spares produced by Allis Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RG0L100090200STS1X001531 by Ckd and TTRB1TTR45004201B29L spares by Kollmorgan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TXT325AT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge. |
