COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew-eurodrive MC7B0004-2B1-4-0M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the FGSE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SRM50 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C4PEA10530A00 by Manufacturer Sick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sick Brand NT804 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sick such as CLV4212010 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M20S02250A122 made by Sick as well as the popular SHB original spares produced by Shb-950-Ver:1.1 Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KT5G2P1211 by Sick and CLV4212010 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UM18 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick. |
