COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew-eurodrive KAF67LP143 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Morse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reich parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Skf product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Morse such as the MJ0286 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KUPPLUNGEN manufactured by Reich and we are pleased to be able to service most Reich systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N220 by Manufacturer Skf as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand KAS128A160X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as MRJ3100B equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LP120M0110 made by Wittenstein as well as the popular NM85CD original spares produced by Lufkin Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LF92625B7J by Baldor and MRJ3100B spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PX34005L2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
