COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew-eurodrive K77AQH140/3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Carlson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sankyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bayside product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Carlson such as the PT3342000260 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P12501303BS12VWPARALLEL manufactured by Sankyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sankyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PX34010 by Manufacturer Bayside as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dodge Brand MW482GH71E4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumitomo such as LHHM1 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KAF66LP184TC made by Sew-eurodrive as well as the popular MS150A original spares produced by Deft-Ran Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M1130DBC3AN1961LD0456 by Falk and LHHM1 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSC32 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sealmaster. |
