COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew-eurodrive 4.5/2.25A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Falk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Morse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lufkin product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Falk such as the 425AB4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 50RW601 manufactured by Morse and we are pleased to be able to service most Morse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 724462022 by Manufacturer Lufkin as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Camco Brand 401RA12H2090 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Falk such as 4407J25C equipment made by Falk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Falk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Falk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 429193001 made by Zae as well as the popular 512P2H48180 original spares produced by Emerson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5378 by Kalrez and 4407J25C spares by Falk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 71850G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Boston. |
