COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew WF30DT71D4TFASD1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ledex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the WF30DT71D4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UO002024SE2 manufactured by Ledex and we are pleased to be able to service most Ledex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UGCMED04MC61 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand TYPEA06B0310B5310002OS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as UGHMED12GG20FTFUE25ZC7 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available USAGED09AW2TE made by Yaskawa as well as the popular UJ182TTFL7053BNL original spares produced by Marathon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UGTMEM06LB47S by Yaskawa and UGHMED12GG20FTFUE25ZC7 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
