COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew SPR107LP215XMPP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Speedtronic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Skf parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Speedtronic such as the SPVLMQ224151356CXMPP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5313EC3 manufactured by Skf and we are pleased to be able to service most Skf systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K57AM145 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand RF40LP56 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Shimpo such as VRSF25C100 equipment made by Shimpo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Shimpo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Shimpo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 566867100 made by Stearns as well as the popular B302232 original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 105752100QF230460Volts by Stearns and VRSF25C100 spares by Shimpo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 859000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Speed-Selector. |
