COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew SF47DT80N4BM61MR/AS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stromag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Smc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Stearns product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stromag such as the AA4216C682357 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MYH32300AL manufactured by Smc and we are pleased to be able to service most Smc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 108773101 by Manufacturer Stearns as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Skf Brand HJ216EC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Snap-on such as EESC316 equipment made by Snap-on have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Snap-on products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Snap-on" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H3145 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular CNFMS16085YA8 original spares produced by Sumitomo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WITHTOSHIBAMOTOR by Sumitomo and EESC316 spares by Snap-on are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 108704101QF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stearns. |
