COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew SF42LP56C / CDPWD3330 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Smc-Cyclo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the CNHJ4100Y17 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R72LP184K8 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RNYJ1530YK1200 by Manufacturer Smc-Cyclo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Shafer Brand DAL1026A41 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as R40LP36 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 407700 made by Speed-Selector as well as the popular 105603100DQF original spares produced by Stearns Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K513AF0650MR200180 by Stober and R40LP36 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 234718TN9SP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Skf. |
