COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew SAF77AR85WRF37AM56KS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Planetary products, including obsoleted and phased-out Shimpo-nidec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Miki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Planetary such as the SP100MF110021 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SCM400E manufactured by Shimpo-nidec and we are pleased to be able to service most Shimpo-nidec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V1023 by Manufacturer Miki as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dodge Brand SCXT525B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ohio such as U213310BMC56C equipment made by Ohio have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ohio products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ohio" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TMQ22653140TC made by Grove as well as the popular TT3C original spares produced by Zero Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the true90 by Thomson and U213310BMC56C spares by Ohio are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TCR6158 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge. |
