COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew SAF37DT80M4BMG1HR-KS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued North-American products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pacific-Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader North-American such as the PE215TC102 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R43GCNAR2NSNV00 manufactured by Pacific-Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Pacific-Scientific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R911281728 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand RF43DT71D4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fairfield such as S1CK44S5 equipment made by Fairfield have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fairfield products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fairfield" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RA6020CPH83150 made by Bayside as well as the popular R63GENATSNFNV00 original spares produced by Pacific-Scientific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PMC5FB0010101 by Pacific-Scientific and S1CK44S5 spares by Fairfield are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RHMQ52524H5618 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson. |
