COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew SA37TDT80K4BM61HR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stafford products, including obsoleted and phased-out Spv-Apv parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Skf product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stafford such as the 5S012012F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M03AP257565 manufactured by Spv-Apv and we are pleased to be able to service most Spv-Apv systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AOH3060G by Manufacturer Skf as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Smc-Cyclo Brand RATIO43 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Stearns such as 596697705 equipment made by Stearns have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stearns products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stearns" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SAF47DT80N4 made by Sew as well as the popular 7087032A0DQF original spares produced by Stearns Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1056031Z0BFF by Stearns and 596697705 spares by Stearns are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2300BQ060561 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sterling. |
