COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew S70-LP90 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Shimpo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stelron-Motoreducer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Spartan product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Shimpo such as the 88348861 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FLGRO1R07581 manufactured by Stelron-Motoreducer and we are pleased to be able to service most Stelron-Motoreducer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AL5051001A56C1 by Manufacturer Spartan as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Shinko Brand T05 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Stober such as C302N0210MRB206180 equipment made by Stober have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stober products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stober" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GHYMS15D made by Sumitomo as well as the popular 22215EC3 original spares produced by Skf

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CHHP6140Y6 by Sumitomo and C302N0210MRB206180 spares by Stober are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C2228K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Skf.
