COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew S37 DS56L/TF/RH1M/KK parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sanyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pacific-Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pacific-Scientific product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sanyo such as the R580BT042EL2Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S33ANNHRNUM00 manufactured by Pacific-Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Pacific-Scientific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R86GEBAR2NSVS00 by Manufacturer Pacific-Scientific as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Harmonic-Drive-Systems Brand RH116001E100A0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Groschopp such as PM8304SG80 equipment made by Groschopp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Groschopp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Groschopp" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R72035 made by Dings as well as the popular R45GSNAR2NSNV03 original spares produced by Pacific-Scientific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RS9313A by Kearfott and PM8304SG80 spares by Groschopp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PX60930 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bayside. |
