COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew RF17 DT80N4/TF/EV1A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dayton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pacific-Scientific product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the P56WG16A422583HY spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PPLTFG21TEG manufactured by Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Dayton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PACSCIK34HRLGLNKNS00 by Manufacturer Pacific-Scientific as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand R911283302 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Light-Machines such as Prolight3000 equipment made by Light-Machines have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Light-Machines products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Light-Machines" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PX60930 made by Bayside as well as the popular R24HSNAHSNSNV03 original spares produced by Pacific-Scientific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PM9100TFB by Boston and Prolight3000 spares by Light-Machines are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P56H5304PFA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
