COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew RF17 DT80N4/TF/EV1A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kuroda parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the PS90638PLSS4074 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC1024ZLH6K1Z10 manufactured by Kuroda and we are pleased to be able to service most Kuroda systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Q262 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Parker Brand PS142050LD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reliance such as P18S3031GL equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PT87XA15C6 made by Procon as well as the popular R43GCNAR2NSVS00 original spares produced by Pacific-Scientific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P18S3031FG by Reliance and P18S3031GL spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R40DT90S4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
