COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew R43DT90S4BMG2HR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Skf products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Skf such as the 7219BEM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHHX6135Y51 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KF37DT80K4BMG1HR by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sumitomo Brand SUMITOMO in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as ST47DT80N4KS1711EUROO746 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RNHJ1540RYJ1480 made by Smc-Cyclo as well as the popular 6213RS1C3 original spares produced by Skf Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 29322E by Skf and ST47DT80N4KS1711EUROO746 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 108702100DBF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stearns. |
