COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew R37DT90L4BMG2HR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Skf parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Skf product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stm such as the RMI288 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 234718TN9SP manufactured by Skf and we are pleased to be able to service most Skf systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7219CDP4ADGA by Manufacturer Skf as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand S47D16BDT80N4KS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Skf such as NU208ECM equipment made by Skf have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Skf products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Skf" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CNHJ6100Y29 made by Smc-Cyclo as well as the popular Imagelite original spares produced by Stocker--Yale Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 812671 by Stearns and NU208ECM spares by Skf are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JOA60100LKM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stelron. |
