COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew R37DR63LA/BR/HR/TH parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Elte products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bauer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Elte such as the PEO82 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PM3336P manufactured by Bauer and we are pleased to be able to service most Bauer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R27DT90L4 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Delco Brand N5753ZAR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sterling such as NBO014FCA equipment made by Sterling have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sterling products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sterling" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PS142003 made by Bayside as well as the popular P56X3891VUZ original spares produced by New-Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N250422 by Neotech and NBO014FCA spares by Sterling are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Q2AA08075HXS2T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanmotion. |
