COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stearns products, including obsoleted and phased-out Skf parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sumitomo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stearns such as the 5MSR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 63082RS1 manufactured by Skf and we are pleased to be able to service most Skf systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CHHS6205DBYSB by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Stearns Brand 108773103QG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as 0062845SF31 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RF40LP56C made by Sew as well as the popular DFT80K84BMG1HR original spares produced by Sew

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NU2217 by Skf and 0062845SF31 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NXC0400000AAA000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Shimpo.
