COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew MOTOR W/ GEARBOX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Santroll products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Santroll such as the mig022180s spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDD112DN030N2L130PR0 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC090C0ED4C110B0WI520LV by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand M6194B1011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ormec such as MACJ721801 equipment made by Ormec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ormec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ormec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC90A0RD2C110A0 made by Indramat as well as the popular M7164G10069345 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDD112CN020N2M130GA2 by Rexroth and MACJ721801 spares by Ormec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M805AB3B3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen. |
