COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew KAF97R57DV100M6KS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stelron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Stafford product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the PA164509 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XSCS4M0100 manufactured by Stelron and we are pleased to be able to service most Stelron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5L108108k by Manufacturer Stafford as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Skf Brand SYR108 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Stelron such as JOA60100LKM equipment made by Stelron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stelron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stelron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RMI110FL made by Stm as well as the popular R37AM56 original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 566508100 by Stearns and JOA60100LKM spares by Stelron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 410965700 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stearns. |
