COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew KAF97 R57 DT80N4/BMG/HF/IS3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Stober product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the DFT100L4BMG4HR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 62841 manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TYPEK704AG1090MQ20 by Manufacturer Stober as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Stober Brand S102AF0870D71L4B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Skf such as GE40ES2RS equipment made by Skf have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Skf products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Skf" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 211426900QJ made by Stearns as well as the popular 105655100BQF original spares produced by Stearns Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the std1512s8m50cxp by Std-1512-S8m-50-Cxp and GE40ES2RS spares by Skf are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KS402FF0200MT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stober. |
