COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Shinko parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sterling product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the R77AM145 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PMC40 manufactured by Shinko and we are pleased to be able to service most Shinko systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S2206HQ020561181 by Manufacturer Sterling as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Status-Technologies Brand A0301SPQ2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as R133LP286 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CNH110Y35 made by Smc-Cyclo as well as the popular HJ216EC original spares produced by Skf

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VRAFE2501152406T00ABLE by Shimpo and R133LP286 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8500824009898001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew.
