COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew FH37 CT90L4/BMG/TH/ES1R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hemco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Magetek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the DXE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EB0406FBA manufactured by Hemco and we are pleased to be able to service most Hemco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E276 by Manufacturer Magetek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weber Brand DS56M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Teco such as EP0752 equipment made by Teco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Teco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Teco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DFT80N4BM1HR made by Sew as well as the popular DFT71D4TH original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ECP83665T4 by Baldor and EP0752 spares by Teco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DXM340CB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Control-Techniques. |
