COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew FAF67SDT90L8/2BMG2HRZ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Skf parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Stearns product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the RX77A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7408BCBM manufactured by Skf and we are pleased to be able to service most Skf systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 566835500 by Manufacturer Stearns as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sperry Brand 750447 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Smc-Cyclo such as HFC3085 equipment made by Smc-Cyclo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Smc-Cyclo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Smc-Cyclo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RingfederRFN70130 made by Spannsatz as well as the popular MP9 original spares produced by Shinko Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XF77AM184 by Sew and HFC3085 spares by Smc-Cyclo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 40DP32AC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
