COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew FAF40SDT80K4BMGHRVS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the DFT80K4BMG05HRZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ECP83665T4 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DRS71M4BE1HFFG by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has A.-O.-Smith Brand F48G06A01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vickers such as EHST3FVE11 equipment made by Vickers have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vickers products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vickers" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F39132265 made by Century as well as the popular FA47DRS71M4DRS71M4 original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ECP84109T4 by Baldor and EHST3FVE11 spares by Vickers are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E2160L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ingersoll-Rand. |
