COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew FA37B DT71D4/BMG/MM05 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gefeg-Neckar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yokogawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gefeg-Neckar such as the DF84200011309 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DFT71C4BH605HRSF47A manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DB5C015G by Manufacturer Yokogawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand DSAMTR60D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kollmorgen such as EB202B11B3005 equipment made by Kollmorgen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kollmorgen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kollmorgen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F500FRF54075KNA made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular EE182TTGS17037ANL original spares produced by Marathon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DFT100L48MHR by Sew and EB202B11B3005 spares by Kollmorgen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F9406031031 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rofin-sinar. |
