COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew Eurodrive MDV60A0055-5A3-4-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Signet-Mk710-3-Ph-Controller, product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the MG25M2CK1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCE984685 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MK7103 by Manufacturer Signet-Mk710-3-Ph-Controller, as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Inovec Brand PCA0096 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toshiba such as MG800J1US51 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MM6171 made by Curtis-Wright as well as the popular MWR190027 original spares produced by Cisco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NL1052 by Westinghouse and MG800J1US51 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDV60A00555A3400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive. |
