COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew Eurodrive KH67CM90M/BR/TF/RH1M/SB50 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Banner-Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kaiser parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bayside product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner-Engineering such as the P4O13BR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LS6000 manufactured by Kaiser and we are pleased to be able to service most Kaiser systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PG115015 by Manufacturer Bayside as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand LE0FBD8D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eaton such as NZMH2AF175NA equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R911290049 made by Rexroth as well as the popular ODAC2419CR original spares produced by Zumbach-Electronic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NMFC02 by Bailey and NZMH2AF175NA spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MEAE7KK8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley. |
