COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew Eurodrive KAF7DR71M4BE1HR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the DKS40E5P00100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C20S060102A11 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NTL6E11 by Manufacturer Sick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sick Brand C40P1203DB200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sick such as C40E0601AG300 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 73DT80N4BMG1HF made by Sew-eurodrive as well as the popular SGMG original spares produced by Sgmg-09a2a Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LUT8U11401 by Sick and C40E0601AG300 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C40S1301DA010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick. |
