COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew Eurodrive DFY112L/B/HR/TH/VY parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Microswitch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the DS3800HSCD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FFLS64147442 manufactured by Microswitch and we are pleased to be able to service most Microswitch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS3820PSCB1C1B by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand DS200SHVMG1A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yokogawa such as DX22022 equipment made by Yokogawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yokogawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yokogawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC3600STDC1G made by Ge-Fanuc as well as the popular GP430XY23 original spares produced by Proface Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IS215UCVEH2A by Ge and DX22022 spares by Yokogawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HM579TSM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Helm. |
