COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew Eurodrive CMP50S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew-Eurodrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew-Eurodrive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the DL10021HA2102 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MTF11A015503E20A20 manufactured by Sew-Eurodrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew-Eurodrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RF7 by Manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew-Eurodrive Brand MCF41A0755A3400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew-Eurodrive such as MPR51A0750302MAS5106050300 equipment made by Sew-Eurodrive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew-Eurodrive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew-Eurodrive" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TMS150XG1 made by Shanghai-Avic-Optoelectronics as well as the popular KF7DR71M4 original spares produced by Sew-Eurodrive Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C4PEA12031D00 by Sick and MPR51A0750302MAS5106050300 spares by Sew-Eurodrive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1030006 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick. |
