COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew Eurodrive 3003-503-1-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Shibaura product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the C40E1801BH030 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C40E1603CA010 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CDCOAT1200 by Manufacturer Shibaura as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew-Eurodrive Brand DRS112M8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Shinko such as JIR301M equipment made by Shinko have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Shinko products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Shinko" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CLV4311910S02 made by Sick as well as the popular FGSS135011 original spares produced by Sick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8502380311414001 by Sew-Eurodrive and JIR301M spares by Shinko are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MC7B0755A3400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive. |
