COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew DFT90S4BMGG2HR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Speed-Selector products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Speed-Selector such as the 51810060 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHHJS6160YR217 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PSF511VL090 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Standard Brand ASK115 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Skf such as 22215EC3 equipment made by Skf have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Skf products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Skf" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PARAMAX made by Sumitomo as well as the popular XD030D4755866310NRC3 original spares produced by Skf Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 143T7121 by Sterling and 22215EC3 spares by Skf are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WAF20DT71K4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
