COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew DFT90L4BMG2HR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Peerless products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Peerless such as the D3166 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DFT100LS4BM64HRZ manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM7006A by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand DDS021A100D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leeson such as C182T17WK13A equipment made by Leeson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leeson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leeson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C42D17FK2A made by Leeson as well as the popular CDP3436 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C6C34FK87B by Leeson-Electric and C182T17WK13A spares by Leeson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DFT80N4BM1HR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
