COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew DFT80N4MG1HRU, parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leeson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the DFT80K4BMG1HRSAF47DT80K4BMG1HR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CATAP7402 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C184T17FC31C by Manufacturer Leeson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Anorad Brand C6200644 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as DFT71D4BM605HR equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CompumotorBrushless made by Parker as well as the popular D10E2D original spares produced by Emerson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CEM3556T35AA002M497G1G475 by Baldor and DFT71D4BM605HR spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original bsm90n Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
