COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew DFT80N4-KS / S37DT80N4-KS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the CNHM4115YA51 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C184T17FC29E manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CIMR37A by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cmc Brand C41BS0A12B00000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lenze such as D32699 equipment made by Lenze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lenze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lenze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BUY444 made by Nachi as well as the popular CM38T34FB2A original spares produced by Leeson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CC550T3600AB12MSOS312CC13F by Carlen and D32699 spares by Lenze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C0P3326 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
