COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew DFT80K4-KS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lorraine parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Superior product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the C6K17FK21L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CH3 manufactured by Lorraine and we are pleased to be able to service most Lorraine systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BV234017 by Manufacturer Superior as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Isochem Brand C56S1549MZT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as C18R6Z1CH equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CM4400T made by Baldor as well as the popular CMP0922D41200337 original spares produced by Parker

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM1421Q70MK2048CS by Custom-Motors-Inc and C18R6Z1CH spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DFT100LS4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew.
