COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew DFT80K4BMG1HR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lincoln product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the CSWDM3558T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C145T17FC38A manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BVMCCN4P1 by Manufacturer Lincoln as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leeson Brand C42D28FK2A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sbb such as DAPMEKH2195G2Z051004300051 equipment made by Sbb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sbb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sbb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available dd54 made by Us-Motor as well as the popular C182T17FB29D original spares produced by Leeson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CBN3362SB by Emerson and DAPMEKH2195G2Z051004300051 spares by Sbb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DAPEW00803750440000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hub-City. |
