COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew DFT71K4BM05 / R40DT71K4BM05 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Shimpo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Status-Technologies product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the R80DV132S4KS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C0771C56BU manufactured by Shimpo and we are pleased to be able to service most Shimpo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A0301SPQ2 by Manufacturer Status-Technologies as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sterling Brand TB215SM25 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sm-Cyclo such as HMS1845 equipment made by Sm-Cyclo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sm-Cyclo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sm-Cyclo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MOTORHP5 made by Smc-Cyclo as well as the popular KF37DT80K4BMG1HR original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SNW24X4316245L by Skf and HMS1845 spares by Sm-Cyclo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 108702101QF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stearns. |
