COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew DFS56H/TF/ES1H/SM10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Leeson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gould parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Parker product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson such as the C6T17DB76E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CLU32 manufactured by Gould and we are pleased to be able to service most Gould systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM164XJ01740C by Manufacturer Parker as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leeson Brand C184T17WC3E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Price-Pump such as CD100AI4006A111150363T6 equipment made by Price-Pump have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Price-Pump products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Price-Pump" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CSSNFIR1814515 made by Gator as well as the popular CNHJS6105Y11 original spares produced by Sumitomo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM923HR117626 by Parker and CD100AI4006A111150363T6 spares by Price-Pump are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CEWDM3559T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
