COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew CFM90L/BR/HR/TF/RH1L/KK6 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leeson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the CD328ATCY spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BaldorsuperE manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C145T34FK12C by Manufacturer Leeson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leeson Brand C4T17FZ52A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gong-Tzyh such as BHE50 equipment made by Gong-Tzyh have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gong-Tzyh products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gong-Tzyh" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CB3032SBB3 made by Ls-Leroy-Somer as well as the popular BLIID7515A original spares produced by Okuma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C40E0901AG300 by Sick and BHE50 spares by Gong-Tzyh are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C184T17FC31C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson. |
