COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew 400012726.5.02.001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Spur-Gear-Pulley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Shuster product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the R97LP256TCKS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HTDPL708M50430P manufactured by Spur-Gear-Pulley and we are pleased to be able to service most Spur-Gear-Pulley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 63042RSJEM by Manufacturer Shuster as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand DFV132M4KS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as R43DT90S4BMG2HR equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8501306699999001 made by Sew as well as the popular 105552100DQF original spares produced by Stearns Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KF46SDT90S82BHG2MFIS by Sew and R43DT90S4BMG2HR spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NU208ECM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Skf. |
