COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew 14GP18333801G31CA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Std-1512-S8m-50-Cxp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stearns parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sterling product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Std-1512-S8m-50-Cxp such as the std1512s8m50cxp spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 105632100BQF manufactured by Stearns and we are pleased to be able to service most Stearns systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2262BQ030561 by Manufacturer Sterling as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand SF37A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as S57DT70K2BM605HFZ equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SNL522519 made by Skf as well as the popular DFT80K84BMG1HR original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M160FPF9 by Siti and S57DT70K2BM605HFZ spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FA67BDRE90L4BE5HRASB8TH2WPA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
