COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sew 0827732X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sharp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew-Eurodrive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sharp such as the LJ64HB34 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DRS60EAA05000 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WF20DR71S4 by Manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sick Brand d8000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sheffer such as 212C2QC3K equipment made by Sheffer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sheffer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sheffer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8272506 made by Sew-Eurodrive as well as the popular R7DRP90M4 original spares produced by Sew-Eurodrive

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SA7 by Sew-Eurodrive and 212C2QC3K spares by Sheffer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KF7 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive.
