COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Setra 2301050PD2F11B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew-Eurodrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew-Eurodrive such as the DT80N4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C4CPA03030A10000 manufactured by Sick and we are pleased to be able to service most Sick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DRN80M4 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sick Brand 1052291 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew-Eurodrive such as 8279780 equipment made by Sew-Eurodrive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew-Eurodrive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew-Eurodrive" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SDFT100LS8 made by Sew-Euro-Inc as well as the popular CLV6300120S50 original spares produced by Sick Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WA30D71D6IS by Sew-Eurodrive and 8279780 spares by Sew-Eurodrive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1024084 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick. |
