COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Setco BB070BY.28152 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stober products, including obsoleted and phased-out Browning parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nord product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stober such as the DW330001104 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D593552 manufactured by Browning and we are pleased to be able to service most Browning systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BRE260 by Manufacturer Nord as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Falk Brand D576771 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Demag such as DFV50DL equipment made by Demag have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Demag products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Demag" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D589958 made by Vibratek as well as the popular C38Q56L50 original spares produced by Morse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C803N1080MR205180 by Stober and DFV50DL spares by Demag are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ELQ010600VI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electra-gear. |
