COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Servostar SR85200-000000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nsd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nachi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsd such as the VS6E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TDM1230300W1000 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UM801B by Manufacturer Nachi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Aval Brand VME128M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as TM15T3AM equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TT215N20KOF made by Eupec as well as the popular WR80EP original spares produced by Chromalox Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TXBTF024410F by Telemecanique and TM15T3AM spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VUB6012NO1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ixys. |
